Introduction to Becoming an MMC EIC
Description:
The Introduction to Becoming an MMC (Multi-State Mortgage Committee) EIC (Examiner-in-Charge) Training is designed to provide attendees with an understanding of the MMC exam process and the exam management role and responsibilities of the assigned EIC. The course is taught by experienced examiners.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, attendees are able to:
- Understand the MMC examination process.
- Understand the exam management roles and responsibilities of the assigned MMC EIC.
- Apply critical thinking to develop better report content.
- Discuss best practices for running an effective meeting.
Time Commitment:
- Pre-Course Requirement: Attendees must complete assigned online training (2 hours of content) prior to attending, which will be shared with them at least one week prior to the course start date.
- Resident Session: 2 half-days virtually
- Post-Course Work: None
Target Audience:
Examiners with at least one year experience serving as EIC of mortgage companies and examiners seeking an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of an MMC EIC.
